Work Packages

WP1 concerns project management and coordination of the project.

WP2 aims to analyse the country-specific configuration, structure, and characteristics of collective bargaining institutions and actors.

WP3 aims to identify the repertoire of actions and initiatives adopted in each country to extend collective bargaining coverage in the care sector.

WP4 aims to scrutinize the workers'/caregivers' individual positioning and perceptions in terms of job quality and working conditions.

WP5 is dedicated to the national and international dissemination of the project’s results.
