Work Package 1

WP1 concerns project management and coordination. The main general goal of the WP1 is to guarantee that all the research actions and objectives foreseen in the project are fully achieved, ensuring high-quality standards in the output, the compliance with the timing schedule and budgetary provision.

The specific objectives of the WP1, each linked to a devoted task, are:

1. managing the administrative and financial procedures during the whole duration of the project;
2. supervising the scientific quality and developments of the research actions;
3. ensuring the internal communication within the partners’ consortium;
4. supervising the risk management process in case mitigation actions are required;
5. monitoring and evaluating the project’s continuous development and outcomes.
