WP4 aims to in-depth scrutinize the workers’/caregivers’ individual positioning and perceptions in terms of job quality, working conditions, and collective representation in the ECEC and LTC sector in the six countries selected through focus groups.
The specific objectives of the WP4, each linked to a devoted task, are:
- identifying the workers’/caregivers’ individual positioning and perceptions in terms of job quality, working conditions, and collective representation in the ECEC and LTC sector through dedicated focus groups;
- providing a comparative overview of workers’/caregivers’ positioning and perceptions in the care sector across different employment relations regimes.
