Work Package 3

WP3 aims to identify the repertoire of actions and initiatives adopted by the social partners in each country to extend collective bargaining coverage in the care sector, to increase social partners’ membership, and to promote the use of social dialogue bilateral/trilateral bodies to design initiatives to tackle issues of skill and labour shortage.
The specific objectives of the WP3, each linked to a devoted task, are:

1. identifying the repertoire of actions and initiatives adopted by the social partners within each country through a case study analysis;
2. providing a comparative overview of social partners’ actions in the care sector across different employment relations regimes.
