CELSI
She is the founder and Managing Director of the Central European Labour Studies Institute (CELSI) and, director of Research at WageIndicator Foundation, Associate Professor at the Institute of Public Policy, Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences, Comenius University. Her research agenda is in the sociology of work and labour relations, social dialogue, collective bargaining, trade unions practices in Central and Eastern Europe, the impact of digitalisation on working conditions, transformation of work and undeclared work. She defended her PhD. in Social Sciences from the University of Amsterdam (2007). Before her current position, Marta worked at the University of Amsterdam, the Central European University in Budapest, the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Societies in Cologne, and the European Trade Union Institute in Brussels.
