Manuela Galetto is Associate Professor of Employment Relations and co-Director of the Industrial Relations Research Unit at the Warwick Business School, University of Warwick (UK).
Manuela’s research broadly focuses on multi-level collective bargaining with a comparative and sector-sensitive approach. She is currently studying sector differences in the practices of gender pay gap reporting in the UK; and on another comparative six-country research project on the role of social partners for the health and safety of workplaces in the hospital and elderly care sector.
