CELSI
She is a Senior Researcher at Central European Labour Studies Institute (CELSI). Barbara’s research areas are labour market, social, and care policies, gender inequalities, and social dialogue. She graduated from Comenius University, Bratislava, with a degree in Sociology, where she also defended her PhD (2013). Before joining CELSI, she worked at European Institute for Gender Equality in Lithuania. She is involved in numerous EU projects, such as SOWELL – Social dialogue in the care services, PERHOUSE – Personal and household services in CEE: Improving working conditions and services through industrial relations and DEFEN-CE: Social Dialogue in Defence of Vulnerable Groups in Post-COVID-19 Labour Markets.
