He is Post-doctoral Researcher at the Sociological Research Centre on Everyday Life and Work (QUIT) of the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He participates in EU-funded projects addressing changes in employment relations and organizations. In addition, he works as a correspondent in Spain for the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (EUROFOUND). His PhD dealt with job quality in outsourced services. His research interests are primarily focused on employment relations, collective bargaining, labour market inclusion, and sociology of organizations.
Recent work was published in Journal of Industrial Relations, Employee Relations: The International Journal, and Transfer: European Review of Labour and Research.
