Caregivers’ perception: national reports

The Kick-off Meeting was held in Milan on 29th February and 1st March 2024.

The first intermediate meeting will be held in September/October 2024 in Barcelona, hosted by UAB.

The second intermediate meeting will be held in March/April 2025 in Copenhagen, hosted by FAOS.

The final conference of the project will be held in Brussels in December 2025. It will organised by Social Employers, with the support of EPSU.

Care as a labour market

The DEVCOBA project has four main objectives.

The project is structured in five WPs.

WP1 concerns project management and coordination of the project.

WP2 aims to analyse the country-specific configuration, structure, and characteristics of collective bargaining institutions and actors.

WP3 aims to identify the repertoire of actions and initiatives adopted in each country to extend collective bargaining coverage in the care sector.

WP4 aims to scrutinize the workers'/caregivers' individual positioning and perceptions in terms of job quality and working conditions.

WP5 is dedicated to the national and international dissemination of the project’s results.
